A few friends have shared to me recently about this Spotify apps which can listen songs on smartphone. Finally, I have downloaded this Spotify apps into my smartphone on last week and experimented it. Spotify is a great innovation apps that provide users to listen songs on their smartphones through streaming at anytime, anywhere as long as the smartphones are connected to internet. Moreover, this apps is free of charge and provides all types of song from different artist. It is available for both Iphone and Android smartphones.
Spotify also provides a premium value added service with subscription fees of RM14.90 per month whereby this extra service provides the flexibility to users that prefer to download the songs into their smartphones and listen without streaming through internet. There is 1 month free trial period for this premium service.
Those who don't want to pay monthly subscription fees for the premium service, still able use it free for normal streaming. For me, the free service is already good enough to use.
Since installing this Spotify into my smartphone, I have been using it to listen songs from artists like Jay Chao, Hebe, Liang Wen Yin and JJ Lin.
Thumbs up for this app.

Mammamia Gelato Italiano
On last Sunday after having dinner in Quill City Mall, saw a newly opened ice cream shop and went in to check it out. This shop sells premium ice cream and has a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Regular size with 1 flavor is RM7.90 and regular size with 2 flavors is RM11.90. There is free testing of the ice cream before buy. I have tested a few flavors and finally chose 2 flavors, Strawberry and Yoghurt Milk for my ice cream. The regular cup was fully filled with ice cream of the 2 flavors that I have chosen and the price was RM11.90. The price was considerably reasonable for premium ice cream with 2 flavors and the quantity provided if compared to other premium ice cream shops. I am satisfied with the Strawberry and Yoghurt Milk flavors. Next time I should try some other flavors.
This shop do provide tables and chairs to chill out. One interesting thing about the tables in this shop is there are few USB ports available at the side of the table for customers to charge their smartphones. The USB port charging rate is super fast compared to a power bank charging rate. This extra charging service would definitely benefits customers who run out of battery in their smartphones.
This shop name is "Mammamia Gelato Italiano" and it is just besides Tappers Cafe at level 2 of Quill City Mall. This shop is worth to visit considering it has reasonable pricing, tasty premium ice cream, good customer service, cozy environment and the available USB ports for charging smartphones.
The address:
Level 2, Lot 2-03
Quill City Mall
No.1018, Jalan Sultan Ismail
50250 Kuala Lumpur.

Beer From Hong Kong
There is one kind of beer that tasted quite different from the usual beer that are found in Malaysia. This special beer is called "Blue Ice Beer" which can be found in Hong Kong but not in Malaysia. What is so special about this beer? The moment I took the first sip of this beer, I was quite amazed by the taste of this beer. This beer tasted very smooth, refreshing, sweet and soothing to the throat.
Too bad this beer is not sell in Malaysia. In Hong Kong, this "Blue Ice Beer" is easily found in any convenient shop like 7-11, restautant and shopping malls. Those who are going to Hong Kong and want to drink beer, should try out this nice beer.

Car Tyre Price Dropped?
Is car tyre prices down in this brand new year? Yes, it is indeed real. I have read about this news few days ago in The Star online newspaper (http://www.thestar.com.my/News/Nation/2015/01/15/Prices-of-tyres-have-come-down-Shop-owners-cite-cheaper-rubber-and-impending-GST-for-sharp-drop). The price has dropped roughly between 10%-15%.
The tyre price has kept on increasing until recently that the price has dropped. It is a good news for car owners especially for those that the car tyres are getting bald. If 1 tyre is RM200, with 15% dropped in price, it will be RM30 off. 4 tyres already can save a total of RM120 bucks. Not to mention, the bigger tyres for bigger car will cost more but with the price dropped, the total amount of money that will be saved can be quite significant up to few hundred dollars if 4 tyres are change at 1 shot.
It is nice to have good news at the beginning of this brand new year 2015!

Benefits of Credit Card
Credit card often associated with the risk of being used unauthorized by other people and the risk of causing debt to the card holder due to over spending. It is definitely dangerous to the card holder in terms of card safety if he/she does not practice basic safety measure on the card itself such as exposing the card information to other people and perform online transaction using laptop/pc/smartphone infected by virus or some unknown websites. For over spending, it is an issue for card holder if he/she is using the credit card for the purpose to buy something that he/she could not afford or would not buy with the cash money.
However, if the credit card is being used safely by practicing all the safety measures and being used wisely such as to pam petrols, buy necessary things that are still payable with cash even if there is no credit card, then having a credit card is recommended.
Credit card is very useful during emergency time such as admission to hospital that requires to pay some deposit beforehand even if with a Hospitalization Medical Card. Credit card can be used to pay admission deposits that would cost at least few thousand ringgit which may be difficult to pay with cash at that moment.
Credit card usage is giving some rebates on the amount spent and providing the reward points for every dollar spent. The reward points can then be used to redeem stuffs depending total points accumulated.
After using my credit card for general usage such as pam petrol, buy groceries and pay bills, I have accumulated a certain amount of points that can be used to exchange some stuff from the redeem list available.
So, I just use the reward point from my credit card to redeem a Philips Radio. It is consider a good deal. Since I don't use the radio at my rented place, I put the radio at my hometown for my family to use :)
Using credit card safely and wisely will provide more benefits rather than harm in long term.
